Do you allow pets in the apartments?
Yes, we allow up to two pets per apartment
Are there move-in or application fees?
Yes, we have a one time application fee $ 75 (per person,), $250 administrative fee, and $100.00 community fee per person.
What is the pet policy for specific breeds or sizes?
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Including, but not limited to: Pit bull terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, Gelbian Malanois, St. Bernard. Breed list may change at management’s discretion.
How much is the security deposit, and when is it due?
Our security deposit starts at $300 upon approval due at move-in
Which Wi-Fi providers can I use?
We are wired for Home Telecom and Xfinity.
What onsite amenities do you offer to accommodate pets?
Fully fenced in pet park, pet spa including a grooming table, washing station and pet waste stations throughout the community.

Are there other fees, such as monthly amenity fees or technology fees?
Monthly fees include valet waste $35 per month and $5 pest control. A one time technology fee is due at move-in
Is parking available? Is there an additional fee for parking?
Parking is free, first come, first served
Are there any restrictions on overnight guests?
2 guests in the amenity space per leaseholder, parking is also first come, first serve for guests. No fee for parking.
Are there EV Charging stations?
We have three EV stations throughout the community for resident use
How quickly are maintenance issues addressed?
We have an onsite maintenance team, and they are available after hours for emergencies.
Are there laundry facilities in the complex?
Each apartment has a full size washer and dryer.
Is there bike storage available on the property?
All interior buildings have built in bike storage with controlled access. We also have an exterior bike barn
Do the apartments have high-speed internet access?
Yes
How does package delivery work?
We utilize the Hello Package package room for package deliveries.
Are there any community events or activities organized?
We have regularly scheduled community events.
Are there quiet hours in the community?
Our community observes quiet hours from 10pm-7am
How do I report a noise complaint?
Contact the leasing office or after hours noise complaints can be made to the non-emergency police line or 911
What nearby schools or childcare facilities are available?

What is your smoking policy?
We are a non-smoking community. Smoking is not permitted on the premisis.
What happens if I need to break my lease?
We offer a lease buy-out option if you need to terminate your lease agreement. The fee is 2x base rent
How much notice is required before moving out?
We require 60 days’ notice to vacate whether you are breaking your lease or vacating at the end of your lease.
